It is the vision of IVENS to be a reliable polyvalent construction company with a very specific focus on all tank construction activities.

in al his project realisations IVENS will try to meet as optimal as possible the requirements and expectations of his customers and this due to a specific customer focused and flexible attitude:

1.    QSE-standards will be defined according de requirements of customers. The QSE-management system is laid down in this QSE-manual and related procedures.

2.    The principles of the QSE-care are:
•    Error-free execution.
•    prevention of deviations, continuous improvement and simplification of all work processes.
•    delegation of responsibilities, motivation, recognition and training of all employees.
•    No accidents.
•    safe working.
•    integration of respectively supplier and subcontractor as quality partner and safety partner.

3.    IVENS compares his quality and safety performance with the actual rules in the industry as a point of reference and/or with (inter)national quality and safety standards.

4.    Each department of IVENS contributes to this aim by trying to fulfil the requirements of his customers and this against economical justified prices.

5.    The management defines and develops measurable target settings as to continuously improve the quality and the wellness of employees and to minimize the impact on works and environment.  Surveillance of the actual performance is installed.

6.    The management defines the measures required to prevent personal injuries and to prevent material and environmental damage.

7.    Each IVENS employee is responsible for the daily quality and for the continuous improvement of working procedures within his/hers domain of responsibilities to follow the guidelines defined by the organisation.

8.    Each IVENS employee also takes cares to observe the imposed rules of safety and stimulates his colleagues in this.

9.    To fulfil the obligations against the customers, management will assure their self that de direction is defined and communicated, that means are available, the staff is trained, de follow-up is taken care of and that corrective or preventive actions are undertaken.
